Check Decisions License Status

There are two ways to check a server's license status. These are stated as follows:

Basic

1 Access the Decisions server intended to check the license status for

2 Navigate to System. In the bottom left of this section, there should be a section titled License. Here you can quickly see the type of license the server has.

Advanced

1 Access the Decisions server intended to check the license status for

2 Navigate to System > Administration > System Tools > Licensing

3 Here, you can see the license keys the server has/had. The License highlighted in green is the active one

In this section, you have access to greater details such as the expiration date, license key ID, License type, etc.
