Difference between a Process Folder ID and a Task Folder ID
The differences between a Process Folder ID and a Task Folder ID are as follows:
Process Folder Id
Uniquely identifies a process folder. This is a container to manage and track the lifecycle of a process instance in Decisions. These process folders store all related documents, data, tasks, and audit history for a given process
Task Folder Id
Uniquely identifies a task folder. A task folder is a subfolder inside of a process folder that specifically contains and organizes tasks assigned during the process. Task folders help group and manage tasks related to a particular process.
