Flow Error when chose Run Flow Async and Wait

Hi DE team,

I have a flow to display a form, but when around 20 users interact with it concurrently, the runFlow response becomes very slow — around 17 seconds for a single user, and up to 30 seconds for 10 users. Therefore, we would like to try running the flow asynchronously. However, when we switch to async mode, the form is not displayed after execution. Could you please help us understand the cause or suggest how to properly run a flow in async mode? Kindly refer to the attached image for more details.
