Report Charts - Legend Position

Hello Team,

I just wanted to know regarding Legend Position in Reports there we only had five options: North, South, East, West and NONE. We don't have custom option there just to change the Text according to our need or is there any way we can change the Hover Text Value for Bar Chart, Line Chart etc.

Because it is forcing us to use them only I need to use as custom Text on Page using Reports Charts.

Just for the clarification adding a Screenshot for your reference I want to change the Text which I have highlighted because if I am grouping one of the column and on the basis of that I am displaying the Legend Text there it is coming as Count and the Grouping Column which I don't want. I want to change this to have anything let's say: "Particular Month and Year" like that.

Hey Sahil,

In the Report, under the Results > Sub Totals section, you can configure the label name you want, and then use that while creating your chart. This can help customize how the data appears in the chart legend.

Can we change the tooltip text like while we hover on chart it gives us the Report Column Name but I want to customize the Text. For your reference here is the screenshot:

For Example instead of the Highlighted color Name and Value I want to display on hover the text - "Test Taken". Right Now I am getting March 2025: 2 instead of this I want to display "Test Taken".

At the moment, there’s no option to fully customize the tooltip content. You can only choose to hide or show the name, value, or both.

That said, I’d be happy to submit a feature request on your behalf. Just let me know how you’d like to proceed, and I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket to track it.
