Minor Version Upgrades using Disconnected Virtual Machine

Hey there,

I am using a virtual machine (VM) which does not have access to the internet. Would I need to open internet traffic to my VM to install a minor version upgrade? Are there any specific URLs or IPs we would need to permit on our firewall?

Hey there,

If desired, you could open internet traffic to our installer site if you choose to use the online installer, however, you can simply use the offline installer to install your desired version on the VM.

You can directly access the online/offline installer download via our releases site.

You should be able to login using the same credentials you use for the Support Portal. Once you login, you can then download the desired offline installer version from there.
