How To Set Custom CSS File To Custom Login Page

Hi, how do I add my CSS file to my Custom Login Page? I want to use it to change sizes and colors on the page.

    Navigate to System - Designers - CSS and add your CSS document. Then right click it once it appears on the report, and select "Mark As Login Page CSS"
