No output (but not hitting no match rule) on External Truth Table

Hello!

I'm attempting to set up an External Truth Table where the report is sourced by a flow. However, when I attempt to debug the truth table, I can't see the input trying to match any rows and no output is generated. Wondering if there is something obvious I'm missing? Thanks!
