Accessing documents from URL

1 Right-click the name of the document in the environment.

2 When the Action Menu appears, navigate to Manage > Get Document URL.

3 When the window appears, copy the document URL.

4 Select DONE once the URL has been copied.

5 Open a new tab or window and paste the URL, then navigate to it.

6 This will keep the user on their current web page, but automatically initiate the document download in the browser download manager.
