Cannot Find Module Settings

I am trying to configure my environment for HL7, but I am not able to find the settings for the module.

The module may not be installed. Please navigate to System > Administration > Features and choose INSTALL for the HL7 Module.
This can also be completed by going to My Apps and choosing the Modules tab.
