How to run PowerShell scripts in Decisions without a remote connection

I want to execute a script on the app server from the Decisions instance using PowerShell without making a remote connection. How can I achieve this?

It is not possible to run PowerShell scripts with the Decisions instance without making a remote connection.

However, this can be achieved using the Execute Command step.
