How do I customize and amend the error message highlighted below on the login page?

I want to change the original default error message from ( Invalid Username or Password ) to ( Invalid user account. Please contact the SGH HelpDesk for assistance. Thank you. )

We cannot change the 'Invalid Username or Password' message on the default login page because it is hardcoded.

However,  you can create a custom login page and make the required changes.
