How to convert a convert Excels with Pivot Tables into CSV's.

Is there a step or any logic in Decisions that I can convert a PivotTable field to CSV format?

In general, you should be able to convert a file using the step Convert Excel to CSV. Please refer to the documentation, https://documentation.decisions.com/step-library/docs/convert-excel-file-to-csv for details on this step.
However, Decisions currently doesn't support working with Pivot Tables
