Why is the Okta login option not available on my Decisions login page?

Hi,


We just added the Okta module to our Decisions instance and turned-on dual authentication within the Login Page settings. When we login, we don’t see the Okta login option on the Decisions login page. Can anyone help me?

    Hi there,


    You may not be seeing the Okta login option because the Single Sign On (SSO) option is not enabled within your settings.xml file.


    The EnableSingleSignOn option must be True” for the Okta login option to appear.


    If you are self-hosted, make the necessary changes to the settings.xml file and restart your Decisions Service.


    If you are not self-hosted, please reach out to support@decisions.com and inquire about the EnableSingleSignOn setting for your instance.
