How to hide the timezone in portal settings and set up auto lock?

Hi, how do I hide the timezone globally so that no one can see it? Also, how do I set up auto lock?

You cannot globally hide the time zone, however if a user doesn't have a time zone set it will not display. So removing the time zone from each user would hide that component globally. The auto lock can be found under System, Settings > Portal Settings > check the box for Auto lock.
