Is it possible to pass values dynamically to a report data source flow to filter the report on dashboard?

No, we can’t directly pass dynamic values to a report data source flow. If your requirement is that the user should filter the report, then you can use a runtime editable filter. Or you should have a Flow Run part on the dashboard, where you will give inputs to the flow through a form and output the report accordingly.
