Is there a way to customize the form assignment URL?

    Yes, we have a good example of this in our documentation here: Using Guest Account for Anonymous Tasking - Configuring Assignees (decisions.com)

    You'll need to use an Assignment Handler Flow so that you can access the assignment properties. Using the "Merge HTML text" editor, you'll be able to use <a> tags to make the link more readable, as well as turning "chrome = off" to on or adding text to the end of the link...etc. However, the URL will still need the assignmentID and the Portal Base URL to function correctly.
