How can you attach supporting documents to a new Flow in Decisions?

I am looking to attach supporting documents within a new workflow. Is this possible? And if so, are their restrictions on the number or size of the attachments?

Hi there,

There are two ways you can append documents to Flows. 

One way you can accomplish this is by navigating to the Info tab in the Flow Designer. Here you can append documents to Flows by clicking on Add File.

The second way you can accomplish this is by right clicking the Flow in the Designer Folder and navigating to History/Documentation Actions > Add Document.

Any restrictions for these appended documents are set within Portal Settings. By default, the following files are limited: .bat, .exe, .ps1, .com. These can be changed by going to System > Settings > Portal Settings and searching for ‘extensions’. 

Note: When saving these files, they are saved to the database.
