Remove unwanted changes from Repository.

I have changes in 2 flows that I want to roll back. I checked in all my changes except these 2 flows. I then updated my local files from the repository.
I did not see an option to refresh these 2 on my local from the repository. Now when I choose to check in to repository, these 2 still shows as ready to be uploaded. How do I refresh them from the repository?

You can right click the project folder, then Designer Repository > Revert Changes in Project. In the following dialog box, mark the check boxes beside those that you would like to revert changes for. Let me know if you need any additional assistance.
