[font=Calibri, sans-serif]The response time on reports on Dashboards is taking too long to load. And what would be the recommended setup to have for a Production environment such that the Users are not impacted with the current time lag?[/font]

[font=Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]This can be mitigated by utilizing the [/font][url=https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/enable-caching-on-the-output-of-steps]application servers cache[/url][font=Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] while [/font][url=https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/using-flow-source-report]sourcing the report via flow[/url][font=Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]. You can customize the period of time the report output is cached, whether it be for five minutes (default setting) or ten hours. I have also included a demo project containing a report that has been configured to have its result data cached for one hour.[/font]
