Alter Date on Pie Chart and Graphs

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to open up a field that provides data to the following Charts: Pie chart, Line graph, and Bar chart.

Currently I have to log in, edit the page and go to the report to change the tax year to the current year. Is it possible for the client to do this themselves, without having to take the same route I am taking. I.e enable some sort of input that will change the tax year?

Since Date Filters cannot be applied to Chart components themselves, each chart will need to be displayed using the Report Viewer instead. If charts are associated with one report, then you will need to make copies of your report so that only one chart exists per report.

To default the Report Viewer to display a chart you will need to configure the following on a Report Viewer. In the Properties panel of the Report Viewer expand the View tab and select Charts as the Default View.In order to control the Date Range Filter for each report, use the Date Range Filter page component. In the properties of this component you will be able to add reports needing to listen to the filter.
