Questions - Assigning Tasks

May I know what can I do to achieve this?
Example –1) A received his task from his inbox.
2) A wish to assign his task to his assistant to help complete the task form.
3) So in the form, he chooses his assistant and assign it to B by clicking a button on the task form.
4) B receives the same task. But at the same time, A wish to complete the task form instead.
5) So A completes the task and the assignment to B are now removed.0 -
If person A wants to re-assign an Assignment to person B, there is a user action in the Assignments context menu called Change Assignment that will allow anyone with access to the Assignment to select a new assignee.
To implement the functionality youve described, a number of things have to happen. A Data Flow on the Assignments Form has to:
[ul][li]Add a selected Account to the Assignments Assigned Users[/li][li]Notify the new assignee in some way[/li][li]Break the Assignments lock, so that the Assignment can be viewed by the new assignee while person A is viewing it[/li][/ul]
Ive created a barebones example of how this might be done. Please import and modify this as you wish.0
