Hi,

It seems that Decisions temporary lock the assignment for a while when clicked. Then after minutes, it is unlocked and then release it. May I get confirm for that and know how many minutes the task is locked then release. Is there any way to unlock it manually for urgent cases?

Hello,

Assignment Lease Time set under System > Settings > Assignment Settings. Also, Admin accounts can break a leased assignment by right clicking on an assignment at the All Assignments folder.
