Hi,

1. How can we use other formats in Reports? For example, we need a percentage without decimals or currency without decimals

2. Can we sort groups on ascending or descending order? In order to make bar charts where data will be shown in ascending or descending order?

3. Is there any possibility to add color rules to charts?

Hi,

Please find suggestions regarding the report format questions below.

1. Percentage without decimals or currency without decimals

Report fields options for decimal or percent does not have decimal manipulation option by default. This option is only available for Number selection when you use with Custom drop down menu. However, you can use Merge Text Inline calculated field to create a new calculated field with your format for currency or percent fields as well.

2. Can we sort groups on ascending or descending order in order to make bar charts where data will be shown in ascending or descending order?

You should be able to use group and sort field buttons and these buttons should be applied to the charts as well.

3. Is there any possibility to add color rules to charts?

You can add custom colors based on the label value of the chart.
