HL7 ~TCPIP SSL Receiver -> Hit decryption error

HL7 ~TCPIP SSL Receiver -> Hit decryption error

• Hi Freedom,

This issue is being reviewed on the ticket #, [T-056684] ADT HL7 - How to setup a simple Processing Flow to Send ACK from TCP IP SSL Receiver out

We met last night and confirmed that the certificate configured on the TCP/IP SSL Receiver doesnt match the certificate the external HL7 sender is using. I recommend providing the public certificate to the sender to use and generate the necessary PFX certificate/ private key.

Best,

Hi All,

Below is the decryption error that were facing till now.

Let me give you an update of the current background findings here to have better understanding.

We’ve tested the TCP IP SSL Receiver Listener with our customer confirm that connectivity is established successfully on ( Both Sides already Turned on & Enabled TLS 1.2 ) which is in secure channel encryption.
The problem now is we can receive HL7 Files but cannot process them which still in file queue there by using this TCP IP SSL Receiver Listener. The error is as mentioned on above which is decryption operation failure error.
For the record, we have Checked on Encrypt File Queue in which the configuration settings as below.

For your information, below image is the result after Checked on Encrypt File Queue received HL7 Files using TCP IP SSL Receiver Listener in which unable process and stuck at queue here.
You can find one of the file from attachment as for your sample reference.

From what we’re seeing here, our conclusion with customer is Decisions here unable decrypt the content from HL7 Files using TCP IP SSL Receiver Listener.
Would it be something that we can configure through below these flow here to decrypt content, process it and send ACK back to our customer End?

Appreciate that anyone can provide help for us on this issue as top priority as we’re going to have SIT Test on 3rd week of this month.

Thank you and have a nice day!
