[font=Calibri, sans-serif]Could anyone help me troubleshoot why my user actions for a simple data structure are not appearing when I right-click report entries? This just started happening, and it only affects one database structure (and all reports thereon)[/font]

The first thing to look at would be a checkbox titled Enable Actions in the database structures edit wizard. (attached)
If it is already checked, make sure there are no misconfigured [url=https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/action-visibility-rules]Action Visibility Rules[/url] that may be hiding all actions for that type.0
