How to Customize the Email Response Subject Line

Trying to change the subject line for an assignment that we want handled by email. I cant seem to figure out how though. Is this possible?

You can customize the subject and body for the response handling with a text merge under the "Email to Suggest Handling" section in the Assignment Setup settings.
