Hello,
We received this pop up suggestion box all over the place that is asking me to add a variable to a list, how can I get rid of this?

It sounds like what is happening, is that somewhere in your flow you have a rule that is calling a suggestion list, and someone is inputting data that does not already exist in that list, so it is prompting them to add their input to the list.

To turn off this feature, you can navigate the following file path in decisions: [b]System -> Designers -> Lookup Lists and Constants[/b] and select your "suggested value list" and choose edit.

Once there, you can deselect the toggle to [b]"suggest add new value"[/b] and this will stop you from getting that suggestion box.
