Where do I go in the CSS to adjust the secondary screen settings?

The main logo should carry over from what you set as the main login logo from the designer studio settings.
As far as other settings, you can find it by following the same path to the main login css file, C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Web Hostcsslogin_css and open the master_login.css. Everything on the portal selection screen will have the line name called "portal_option" which you should be able to find pretty easily with a ctrl + f search on the document. Here, you will be able to set more specific branding preferences regarding the buttons, text, font, etc.
