Hello,

I am working on a project that uses case entities and I was wondering are there steps that we can use to change the state of a case entity?

Hi,

We can use our set entity state step, we can also use an attach to folder step combined with a set state step to accomplish as well. You should also have an action to change your cases state by going into that cases folder and selecting the “Change State” action.
