Can I put a url in my report, am I able to make that clickable to access the url straight from the report.

Hello Guy,
In order to be able to click the link within the report you would need to embed that data within the report itself as a field via an OpenUrlInlineField. This will pass the value as a parameter of the link you are trying to access dependent on the Merge Text field you use when setting it up. There is documentation that walks you through setting up an example for this here:
