I just had a question on whether or not I should update the Repo server version up to the same version as all my other environments? If so, can I just run the new installer like upgrading a regular Host?

We recommend that you keep your Repo server version synced with the versions of your other environments. And you are correct, you just run through the normal upgrade process as you would with any other host.
