When adding a new value in a value list, what does the Include Numbers checkbox do?

Hi Grass,

Setting the Include Numbers checkbox to true allows the value to accept number values. Leaving this false only allows the value to accept text characters i.e. any numeric characters added to this value when this is set to false will not be accepted.
