  • We installed a new server and its licensed, but it doesnt show in the Manage Servers list on the support portal under my account. Do I need to manually add the details in the support portal?

    Yes, well need to register it. We would require the server name, BaseURL, the server type(Standard or Multi-tenant), Environment Type(dev, prod, stage, etc), whether the environment is in the cluster, Decisions version installed, and whether IIS or self-hosted (for 7x). You can register it using the Register New Server option on the Manage Server folder(refer to attached screenshot), or we are more than happy to do it for you.
