When does this occur, is this during logging into the portal, when attempting to log into the forum and the portal etc?

This happens when i log into my portal on prem install. Im sure i have an IIS setting wrong somewhere.

Under you IIS manager settings, from the following path: Sites > Default Web Site > IIS > Authentication Is Forms Authentication set to disabled?
