Hello All,

After changing my network IPs, I noticed that in the System -> Administration -> Servers report, I had multiple entries for the same server. The only difference between these entries would be the IP addresses. What can cause a new entry to this report, and is it safe to delete the invalid entries?

Hello Samuel,

The report found here is a collective report of the various servers that are being used to host/run Decisions, and is mostly useful when clustering is involved. Generally, if there is only one environment/server being used, there should be only one entry for this report. The duplicate entries for the same server found here was due to the IP address for being changed. These records can be deleted safely by right clicking the invalid entry and using the “Delete Server” action.
