Hello All,

I am running into an issue where a connection to an external service is timing out after 30 seconds. I have modified the timeout values in the settings.xml, but the service is still timing out after 30 seconds. Are there any settings I’ve missed/ can change?

Hello Sam,

Another place we can check would be the timeout settings for the external services steps in the flows. By default, the service is set to timeout after thirty seconds. The option can be found on the step’s properties panel, where we can increase/decrease when the step should timeout.
