Deactivate Dependencies warning

Is there a way to deactivate the warning message for dependencies while saving a flow?

This property is configurable in Designer Studio settings. Setting [b]Show warning if Item is related to more than X number of Rules or Flows[/b] to a certain large number will make this property ineffective and therefore no warning message will be displayed.
