Hi Support,
I have a PS project build, however one of my users is currently unable to access a flow within this project. When they attempt to access the flow permissions error is thrown, can you help explain why please.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Lee,
Basically all users in decisions must be allocated to a group, or specifically given permissions themselves to access the folder structure and resources. In order to grant this, you will need to navigate to the folder structure the user is locked out of, right click, manage permissions and allocate the user the can use permission. Please see the step by step instructions below on how to do this:
https://documentation.decisions.com/v6/docs/about-folder-portal-permissionsWith this being a Decisions build users may have been setup in permissions groups, for ease of use. If this is the case, you will need to add the user to the relevant group, this will be found by navigating to System > Security > Groups, right click and select the Edit Group button.
Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this. I hope this helps.
