Change Logout Page Look and Feel

Hello!
The logo can be changed under [b]System > Settings > Portal Settings > Portal Header[/b].
The Login/Logout page can be changed in the [b]Theme Editor [/b]under the [i]Login[/i] tab.

Could you please advise on how to change the logout page of DECISION? We would like to use company branding everytime our user logout DECISION?
