When would I choose a Page over a Form when building out a process and why?

While Forms and Pages can be similar, Pages offer more functionality if multiple users need to interact with data at one time. The Page Designer also allows the user to add and edit several different Designer Elements (e.g. a Report with the Report Viewer) that will update automatically.
