Help with case entity

Im using a case entity but im having an issue where when I drill into a case thats just been created, you every expected state in the case on the activity panel with comments about "pending state change" for each state.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this? thank you

Good afternoon!
This is a simple fix. "[b]Pending State Change[/b]" pertains to [b]Assignment States[/b]. To fix this/get rid of it on newly added [b]Cases [/b]do the following:
[ul][li]From the [b]Case Editor[/b], hover over the desired [b]State [/b]and click the dropdown arrow to the right. [/li][li]Select [b]Edit[/b].
[/li][li]From the [b]Edit Expected Folder State [/b]window, uncheck the [b]Create Assignment [/b]box. Then click SAVE.,

Do note that this will only work for newly added Cases. Hope that helps!29700
