Rollback a Flow
Comments
-
I would like to reopen a flow at a certain point and continue to process the workflow from there. Is there any functionality within a Decisions to "rollback" to a particular state and step in the flow?

In the case that a flow is completed, currently there is no way to rollback the flow to a step in the process. However, this is possible if the parent flow is current. To do so, in Decisions Studio go to the Flow Management Dashboard - can be located at System > Administration > System Tools > Flow Management. The report on the left (Stored Workflow List) displays stored flows and the report on the right (Selected Flow Step Details) displays details of the selected stored flow. On the Selected Flow Step Details report, choose a step to rollback to by right clicking and selecting an action.
Here is a link to our documentation site with additional information about the Flow Management Dashboard and in-depth explanation of the list of actions on Selected Flow Step Details report: https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/flow-management-dashboard
