Conversion error for HTMLtoPDF step.

Hello All,

I’ve been receiving this error each sporadically when I use the HTMLtoPDF step. From what it states, I’ve received a conversion error where the target is being destroyed before being created. Is there anything I can do to stop the error from appearing? I’m using version 5.7 if it helps.

Hello Sam,

There was an issue with the EO libraries being out of date, which resulted in the conversion error. This issue affected all of the pdf steps in Decisions. We have a fix in place, which is available in versions 5.12 and above.
