Hi,

I have created a flow to update fields in the existing pdf file and send email the same. The problem is the pdf which received via email is editable. I mean I am able to edit the field values which I updated in decisions. I would like to prevent the edit feature(I used Flattening concept in other languages) in the pdf. Could you please help me to fix this. I have attached the screenshot of my flow.

Hello Ruby,

What we should add here is a "Make PDF Document Read Only" step. This change your PDF document into a read only document and that will prevent users from editing it. In your flow youll put this right after the "Set Form Fields" step you are using.
