My Forms and Flows Timing Out?

Hi all,

Ive got an issue where one of my users will be going through a process Ive built and, say they leave the window open for an extended period of time, the session expires. Whats the cut off regarding flows timing out and is this something I can change?

Hi jmcmann49,

Yes, we do have the default setting for a flow to time out in approx. 30 minutes. This setting can be modified flow by flow though.

If you want to adjust the setting for how long the flow should stay active, navigate to the flow you want to adjust and find the "Keep Active Time Span" under "Settings".

Here, youll be able to adjust the session expiry from seconds to days. It should be noted that the time it stays active begins when the flow is begun.
