How to change the \From\" Address in notifications"

[font=Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Hi I would like to configure the From address in System notifications and change the current value of "admin@decisions.com" to a custom From address. I have already tried changing the settings.xml file, and restarted the service. Changed a workflow, and the system generated email still contained the "admin@decisions.com" from address.[/font]

I believe that you would have to change this setting in portal settings. You can get there by going to Settings > Portal Settings. You then want to search for "default" and youll get a Portal Settings option to change the default admin@decisions.com email to what it is you want to appear instead. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Let me know if this works for you.
