Hi,

I have a form that is accessed by a guest. However, I need this link to be accessible more than once rather than a one time link. Currently if the link is opened and closed and reopened the following message appears:

I need this link to be able to be accessible by multi-users, multi-times.

It looks to me that you have this form set to Assigned and not to InSession. An Assigned form will only work one time and continue through the flow. When you change this to InSession, whoever has started the flow will be the one to be able to complete the form before it completes the flow. You can have multiple users access this form multiple times as an InSession form. I hope that clears this up! Let us know if you have any questions.
