Error message when using upload links

I hope you are well. We are running into an issue with one of our solutions. Certain users are getting an error message (see attached) when trying to utilize the links for uploading jobs into the queue. We found that only those users with Admin rights are able to utilize the upload functionality. At first we thought it might be related to a rule but we are not able to identify any rule associated with these functions. Please let me know if there is anyone available to help troubleshoot. Thank you!

If certain users are getting that error message when trying to utilize the links for uploading jobs action flow then updating folder permissions of related flow should resolve the issue. Please refer attached screenshot about updating folder permission.
