Im getting this error when I run my flow:

Step Type : ShowFormStep
Message: The given key was not present in the dictionary.

It looks like its getting hung up on my form step.

I have only seen this error when the following is true:
When a form has both a validation rule running on form start-up and a visibility rule that takes the same input and also runs on startup.

Turning off the "Run Rule On Form Show" in the validation rules properties cleared the error for me, so this may also work for you.
