I am getting the following message

THE UNDERLYING CONNECTION WAS CLOSED: COULD NOT ESTABLISH TRUST RELATIONSHIP FOR THE SSL/TLS SECURE CHANNEL.

I attempted to setup SSL yesterday, but I got an error attempting to restart the service.
Then I got an error saying the config.xml could not be found.
I restored the server to the point before I attempted the SSL, so everything but SSL is working fine now.

Ideas on this error message?
